CAMWIB was delighted to welcome Barbara Frost, Chief Executive of WaterAid, on Thursday 26th January to talk about her career. A leading light of the charity sector, Barbara has led WaterAid to become a truly global charity with a presence in 37 countries over the last 11 years. As well as elucidating the audience about how WaterAid works as a charity as a whole, Barbara spoke with passion about her time as Chief Executive and how much she had valued her experiences. Having traveled far and wide herself before finding settling on a career, she encouraged students to take risks and follow their hearts when considering their future. We are really grateful to Barbara for taking the time to come and talk for us and for stressing the importance of a positive outlook in light of recent events.
