FIND YOUR MENTOR

CAMWIB’s Mentorship Scheme has been running since the 2016-17 cycle and is one of our flagship networks initiatives. The scheme is run in collaboration with Cambridge Judge Business School to provide our members with inspiring female mentors who have had first-hand experience in a vast range of industries, from digital marketing to intellectual property to different areas of the financial sector.
 

You will be matched with a mentor based on your background and interests, after which you will both commit to a coffee chat/informal meeting to discuss industry and company specific advice. Whether this mentorship continues past the initial meeting is at the discretion of each mentor and mentee, although it is highly encouraged that you take advantage of this opportunity!
 

Currently, the mentorship scheme is only open to self-defining female and non-binary undergraduates and MPhils who are not affiliated with the Judge Business School. The mentors and mentees for 2022-2023 have been allocated.
